Hopefully it reduces their numbers.
I'd hate to have to see NCSoft refund millions of people after they finnaly come to their senses about this new GW market ideal.
At the same time, it's incredibly impossible to investigate whether or not I have an account and what the password is. I'd really like to know before its too late to email AND get a response with my info.

Ridiculously slow here too, but it's only the secure part of the site (store, login). The rest is fast (by comparison).
I was gonna buy the makeover thing I saw last night, I've been unhappy with a few attributes on a handful of my 10 characters. Maybe another slot too, to run around as a noob again. And a few bag slots.
This runs until May 31 so I hope that it's not always this hammered until then.

Last time I logged into my NCSoft account, I believe it was to purchase the pre-EOTN thingy. Then, my login ID was an email address. Now, it's limited to 8 characters, so I have no idea what it is, and if I create a new account (which is literally impossible now with the timeouts and errors), I might not be able to link it since my GW account already is linked. This is ultra frustrating, and horribly conceived.

I tried last night. I hoped I would get through to no avail. I attempted this morning and encountered the same thing. I have been trying for the last hour. I am slowly making my way through. I am at the point to enter my personal information and I have to enter the security code. It is so secure I cannot see it.
I am very very disappointed.

i try to at least recover my password hoping it will send me my login details and i can't even do that because the security code either doesn't show up or expires every time. been trying for two days with multiple browsers. it seems like a joke. i don't understand why they just didn't either give everyone the extra tab in their account or do it though the store in guild wars instead of this ncsoft store. this is irrating me and i feel like i am going to get ripped and not get this because of all these issues. if this is something for free for everyone, why not just like them get it in game through the xunlai agent or something?

I was able to get my Free Storage and a Name Change yesterday, although I didn't see the confirmation of purchase.
So watch your emails, make sure you don't buy twice! (I wasn't aware I had successfully purchased once I decided to check my emails a few hours later)

The PlayNC store you access from the game is running beautifully for me, but the browser just won't load - and that's what I really need.
Been trying since last night and still no luck(East Coast). Seems to be running slower now this morning compared to last night, probably because everyone is up and playing on a Saturday morning.
UPDATE - Okay, literally less than a minute after posting this I tried again and the site is running mint. Absolutely no wait. Got both my accounts done in 90 seconds.
